Job Purpose: Forecasts and monitors inventory requirements for assigned customer engagements. Ensures profitability and service levels for assigned customer engagements are adhered to and met.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzes customer forecasts for materials to determine feasibility of forecasted requirements.
• Monitors inventory pipeline to ensure assigned customer base receives inventory on time.
• Prepares forecast models reflective of customer requirements and submits to appropriate internal departments for procurement and expediting.
• Creates a variety of reports for customers detailing inventory availability and/or status.
• Receives unforeseen shortages in demand from customers and monitors the process to ensure appropriate resolution and/or escalation of issues, which may include: ECO activities, part number cross-referencing and substitution, EOL (end-of-life), allocation, and/or obsolescence.
• Monitors assigned engagements to ensure all model metrics and measurements are being met and appropriate reporting requirements are adhered to.
• Participates in site visits and quarterly business reviews with customers.
• As assigned, may have responsibility for Order Management Processes including Order execution, maintenance of appropriate Genesis screens, LOI (letter of intent) status effecting costs and EDI (electronic data interchange) or POURS (point of use replenishment system) transactional implementations and management.
• Forecasts and monitors inventory requirements for assigned customer engagements.
• Determines profitability and service levels for assigned customer engagements are adhered to and met.

Knowledge and Skill:

• Knowledge of logistic service models.
• Knowledge of SAP, EDI, GDW (global data warehouse), and/or associated supply chain requirements and planning tools.
• Advanced skill in utilizing Microsoft Office products.
• Comprehending and interpreting financial measurements.
• Strong analytical skills.

Work experience requirements:

• Minimum of three years of supply chain experience.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational level.
