Four to five years of experience in the Solution Manager tool suite.
Primary technical support Solution Manager 7.0. Expert knowledge of SAP best practices for Solution Manager design, configuration, implementation and usage. Demonstrated expert knowledge of the Implementation and Operation components of the tool. Demonstrated expert knowledge of the operational components of Solution Manager [landscape design/setup, CCMS, Service Desk, CHARM]. Must have in-depth understanding of the Solution Manager to ARIS, Mercury Test Suite and Productivity Pack interfaces. Must have in-depth knowledge of managing projects through Solution Manager. Must be able to work well technical, application and business teams in the design, implementation and support of SAP projects. Lead blueprint sessions with both business and technical resources, and own the creation of the Business Blueprint. Leverage Solution Manager for project reporting. Create and support Solution Manager templates, e.g., Global, Implementation, Upgrade Perform a leadership role for Solution Manager initial implementation and upgrade planning, testing and implementation: converting the architectural roadmap into an executable implementation Proven ability to research, identify and implement various enhancements or maintenance levels to Solution Manager. Basic understanding of Netweaver [PI, Portal, BI, etc] and Business Suite components [ECC, SCM, CRM, HCM, SRM]. Act in an On-Call capacity on a rotational basis. Requirements also include numerous off hours work including nights and weekends to implement various upgrades.
Certification in the following is preferred: - Certified SAP: SMI410/Solution Manager Implementation Tools
